Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given for workshop registrations. However, if you register for a workshop and then are unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit for your registration amount that can be used toward any future workshop. Notification must be received at least 48 hours before the workshop date. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Notification of cancellation can be sent to [email protected] with the workshop title, your name, name of registered student, and request for credit.

In the event of cancellation due to instructor illness, severe weather, or any other "Act of God", you will receive a full refund or credit - the choice will be yours.

Why this policy?
These workshops require a great deal of planning and preparation, as well as procurement of supplies etc. and rental of event space. When cancellations occur, it directly affects our ability to offer these types of wonderful workshops for our community. As a small business, we simply cannot absorb these costs and keep the prices affordable for these workshops.
